In part two of this deep dive on “EMF-harmonizing” devices, I welcome back engineer extraordinaire and EMF mitigation specialist Pawel Wypychowski on the show.
In this candid conversation, we go into the nitty-gritty details that are essential to try and figure out if these gizmos do what they’re claiming to do: Protect you against the harmful/stressful effects of electro-pollution.
Discussed during this episode:
- Where’s the evidence? Nick & Pawel explore different claims made by these EMF-harmonizing products
- Is a better HRV (heart rate variability) a sign that a chip, pendant or other modality is “protecting” us against EMFs?
- The main reason Pawel is not convinced that the inventors of these devices really understand what protection means
- Everyone is looking for a magic pill, which explains why these devices are selling incredibly well on the Internet

o what is the recommendation
Hi Herta, I’m not sure what you’re asking.
With regard to harmonizers, it is not necessary for them to change the measurable E/M fields as long as they act to quell the human body’s reaction to such fields. Most of the danger from EMFs at low energy (ie, non-thermal) is not due to direct effects, but rather it is the body’s reaction to those EMFs. Thus, using an EMF meter is not an accurate way to measure. Instead, there could be measures of the human body to note whether there are any effects due to harmonizers, such as blood pressure, heart rate variability or measures of oxidative stress. I have met people who indicate that their acute sensitivity to EMFs is reduced when using harmonizer-like gadgets, thus they have a higher quality of life. My personal opinion is that harmonizers act like a pill that reduces symptoms but does not remove the actual irritant and unless they also take steps to AVOID EMF exposure then relying on harmonizers will only improve the acute perception of wellness at the expense of doing nothing to improve the chronic exposure.
Hey Ken, I agree with you. The problem is the marketing around these devices, which most of the time claims “EMF protection”.
EMF protection is not EMF resilience. These companies use the wrong words to describe what their gadgets do, and mislead consumers most of the time.
